How long will it take to ship my order?
We work from Monday to Friday. Business days are not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays in United States.
Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days. We need time to process the orders and time for customers to cancel the order if they change theirs mind.
– United States, Uk, Australia, Spain:
+ Standard Shipping:10 – 15 Business Days (Expect 12 Business Days)
– Canada and EU region:
+ Standard Shipping:15 – 20 Business Days (Expect 16 Business Days)
– International:
+ Standard Shipping:20 – 35 Business Days (Expect 20 Business Days)
The outlying territories, remote and secluded areas, may experience an additional shipping time of 10 to 14 working days. In the case of conflict zones or areas where shipping is not feasible, orders will be canceled, and refunds will be issued to customers.
My tracking number isn’t working
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.
I need help with a late order
Orders typically ship within 10 to 15 business days for Standard Shipping and 15 to 25 business days for Eco Shipping. For international orders, transit will take an additional 2 to 3 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 20 business days (domestic) and 30 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.
